Site Quality Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Accountable for ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality management systems.
- Develop and lead the QA team, providing guidance on quality-related matters.
- Monitor and improve quality-related activities and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
This site-based role may require travel to suppliers as needed.
Required Skills and QualificationsIdeal candidates will have:
- 5+ years of experience in QA/QC within the energy sector (renewable sector experience highly desirable).
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and installation project quality management.
- Analytical thought process and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Excellent communication, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Lean/Six Sigma qualification is a plus.
