We are seeking an experienced Perioperative Educator to join our team. As a key education leader, you will work with our Clinical Education Program team to create an engaged and reflective learning organization. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver educational content that builds a competent and skilled perioperative workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing learning programs that result in a skilled and competent workforce
- Supporting learners to bridge the theory practice gap through coaching and hands-on clinical learning
- Collaborating with the Clinical Education Program team to achieve strategic objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced clinical skills in Perioperative Nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate and organize learning programs
