Document Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Management Specialist to support our team in Perth. This is a Monday to Friday role, initially for a 6 month period.

The ideal candidate will be detail-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining site-related document control registers
  • Organizing and recording document flow to and from all necessary parties
  • Coordinating vendor documentation, drawing control, transmittals, and engineering deliverables
  • Ensuring drawings and documents are registered with accuracy and issued within a timely manner

Requirements include:

  • Experience working in document control in mining or heavy industry
  • Skills in vendor data and revision control
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word etc)
  • Excellent attention to detail and process-driven

This role offers a competitive day rate, 6 months' work initially, and a supportive team with a positive culture.
