We are currently seeking an Executive Project Manager to lead our Client Services Team in Sydney. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

As an Executive Project Manager at Anton Murray Consulting, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of professionals in delivering exceptional services to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and engage direct reports to achieve business objectives
  • Project Management: Deliver projects within time, scope, and quality constraints, ensuring excellent delivery focus and customer service orientation
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues to ensure project delivery and risk mitigation

You will work closely with the Responsible Entity Services Team to facilitate learning and development, promote a culture of cross-team collaboration, and drive compliance with policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have around 4 years of experience in leading people or mentoring/coaching, with a strong knowledge of the managed funds industry. They will possess excellent relationship management skills, a working knowledge of operational experience in custody, administration, registry, audit, investment operations, and a business/accounting/economics/law degree (desirable).

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership Experience: At least 4 years of experience in leading people or mentoring/coaching
  • Project Management Skills: Experience in managing small projects such as PDS rolls or regulatory change
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the managed funds industry, including operational experience
