A forward-thinking Christian co-educational school seeks a dynamic leader to support the daily life of the school, mentor staff, and oversee student wellbeing.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Primary educator to lead the learning culture of the school, partnering with parents and carers to build trust and shared purpose.
As a strategic and personal leader, you will guide systems, support staff, and maintain a grounded approach to leadership by staying close to the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the daily life of the school through mentoring staff, team leaders, and overseeing student wellbeing and behaviour.
- Work closely with the Head of Primary to lead the learning culture of the school.
- Be a strategic and personal leader, guiding systems, supporting staff, and maintaining a grounded approach to leadership.
- Be a thoughtful Christian leader with a heart for discipleship and formation.
- Bring proven leadership experience within a Primary setting.
- Be highly collaborative, organised, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be a qualified teacher and hold a current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
- Have current First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis Certificate or be willing to obtain these prior to commencement.
- Be able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education.
- Be willing to get involved in all aspects of the College's programs and opportunities.
