Primary School Leader

The Primary School is an integral part of our educational community, catering to students from Kindergarten to Year 6. As a key leader in this department, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational guidance to ensure the success of our primary school.

You will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the school. Your expertise will drive student engagement and academic achievement, while promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to achieve their best. You will work collaboratively with other senior leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote student well-being and academic success.

  • Model and embed a Christian worldview through leadership and teaching
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams in a school setting
  • Champion student learning and engagement through evidence-based practice
  • Drive innovation, improvement and change within a collaborative environment
  • Communicate effectively across stakeholders and build strong relationships

We offer a permanent executive leadership position, with a negotiable teaching allotment. This role commences January 2026 and requires applicants to have a right to work in Australia and be eligible for VIT registration.
