">- Provide direct care and supervision to young people in a residential setting.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Assist with daily activities and promote a safe living environment.
- BUILD TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOUNG PEOPLE AND PROVIDE EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements
">- Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement).
- Valid Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle.
- Attained or working towards a relevant Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Certificate IV in Community Services, Youth/Social Work, etc.
- Experience working with young people and/or children.
- Experience working in other support work related fields, i.e. disability, mental health, aged care, and childcare.
