Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people in a residential setting? As a dedicated Residential Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on care and guidance to young people in a residential environment
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans that cater to individual needs
  • Assist with daily activities and promote self-care, education, and recreational pursuits
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing living environment
  • Build trusting relationships and offer emotional support and guidance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
  • Flexibility to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings, and sleepovers)
  • Valid Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate IV in Community Services, Youth/Social Work, etc. or working towards one
  • Experience working with young people/children and/or in other support work related fields
