Senior Demand Planning Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Demand Planner to lead our planning function and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement demand planning strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of S&OP processes and create forecasts and models through excel.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and change.
  • Implement and deliver the new ERP system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic planning environment.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning and statistical forecasting.
  • A deep understanding of S&OP and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong excel and systems knowledge (SAP IBP advantageous).
