Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the demand planning function for both retail and wholesale streams.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of demand planning and statistical forecasting, as well as experience with S&OP processes and implementation.

About the Role:

  • Leading the demand planning function for both retail and wholesale streams.
  • Crafting and driving the systems for the rollout of S&OP processes.
  • Crafting forecasts and models through excel.
  • Leading the implementation and delivery of the new ERP system.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and change.
  • Effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in a fast-paced, dynamic planning environment.
  • A strong understanding of demand planning and statistical forecasting.
  • A deep understanding of S&OP and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong excel and systems knowledge (SAP IBP advantageous).
