Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Manager to lead our civil infrastructure and engineering construction projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a strong understanding of commercial activities in the construction industry.

The successful candidate will provide clear direction and focus on contractual activities including subcontract agreements, cost control and reporting, commercial claims, commercial reporting, risk and opportunity identification and management.

  • Manage multiple subcontract packages and administer contracts to ensure timely completion and compliance with project requirements.
  • Quantify and price scope of works, review tender documentation, and advise on cost plan estimates.
  • Risk and opportunity management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; capitalize on opportunities for value engineering.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in commercial management, contract administration, and risk management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
