About the Opportunity

Rogers Construction Group is a commercial construction company completing projects in NSW.

They specialise in Education, Government, Corporate, Retail and Aged Care/Retirement projects.

The company has experienced controlled growth and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team based in Wollongong region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate workflow and plan ahead.
  • Read plans and set out when required.
  • Supervise and advise staff and contractors.
  • E nsure health and safety regulations are up to code.
  • Arrange for materials and machinery delivery.
  • Liaise with clients and the Project Manager for effective communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years experience as a Site Manager in multi-disciplinary construction projects.
  • Delivering projects valued between $2m and $12m.
  • Experience in Education, Government, Commercial, Industrial and Aged Care/Retail sectors.
  • Trade background.
  • Strong track record of employment in Sydney/Wollongong Construction Market.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Prior experience with Procore and Hammertech is advantageous.
