We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Program Administrator to support our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Planning and executing projects with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintaining accurate records of project documentation, including financial claims, progress reports, and other necessary databases.
- Coordinating with vendors or service providers for materials or services that enhance our products.
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitating meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
- Managing project budgets and expenditures with efficiency and accuracy.
- Identifying potential project risks and contributing to the development of mitigation strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Program Administrator or in a similar role.
- A committed, dedicated, and motivated individual with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate independent thinking.
- Experience with project management tools and systems as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for spotting errors.

We offer a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary. The working hours are from Monday to Friday with a fixed shift schedule. We require Australia work authorization and offer in-person work opportunities.
