Job Title: Audit and Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to manage recall administration, produce internal and government reports, and assist with XENTRY diagnosis leasing and invoicing in our Customer Services team.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for managing various tasks related to recall administration, producing reports as required, and assisting with diagnostic work in XENTRY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recall administration activities, including mail outs and compliance with set processes.
  • Produce regular internal and government reports on key metrics.
  • Assist with XENTRY diagnosis and provide support for leasing and invoicing functions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and compliance at all times.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Proficiency in word processing and excel software.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders both internally and externally.
