We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Cleaning Supervisor GP.

About the Role:
  • Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating the work of cleaning staff and contractors to achieve organisational objectives.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of cleaning services, resolving issues associated with contractor and staff performance.
  • Duties also include developing effective working teams to achieve deadlines and maintain high standards.
About You:
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
  • Proven ability to supervise and coordinate team activities is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills, including planning, prioritisation, and time management are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels, are required.
  • Familiarity with Queensland Workplace Health and Safety legislation is also necessary.
