About the Role

As an Environmental Services Assistant (Supervisor), your key responsibilities will include:

1. Ensure staff provide excellent customer service, employ safe work practices and manual handling techniques, as well as identifying and reporting hazards.
2. Possess general knowledge in cleaning duties, Material Safety Data Sheets, their use and importance, occupational Safety and Health Regulations, infection control standards.
3. Provide a high standard of cleaning services across the hospital.
4. Ensure waste management procedures are followed.
5. Operate in strict adherence to infection control standards and WHS policies & procedures.
6. Deliver excellent customer service to everyone you interact with.
7. Motivate, support, and train the team; provide daily hands-on support.

These roles require flexibility, with shifts available Monday to Sunday.
