The Job

As the Head of Marketing for Cotton On Womenswear, you will be responsible for owning the marketing brand strategy, delivering an exciting brand story across marketing and creative channels. You will protect the brand DNA and ensure Cotton On remains a fashion destination.

Key Skills

  • Prior experience in senior marketing leadership, preferably leading a broad team of marketing and creative professionals.
  • Experience delivering a seamless customer experience from concept to execution across multiple channels.
  • Passion for driving innovation and inspiring the team to think about what's next.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • An engaging and supportive leadership approach.
