Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Experiential Event Producer to join our team. As an Experiential Event Producer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day production of assigned projects, ensuring their quality and financial success.

Key Responsibilities include;

  • Managing internal client briefings and meetings (WIPS, Kickoffs, debriefs) - ensuring concepts/communication is understood by all team members.
  • Working cross-functionally (internally and externally) to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are identified, managed, and met.
  • Ensuring all stakeholders are effectively updated on project progress and changes.
  • Developing the Risk Assessment with our Risk Officer.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized with strong time management abilities, and have experience in managing multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

They will also possess a consistent track record of outstanding delivery, be able to think creatively and strategically, and demonstrate a high level of autonomy in carrying out assigned duties.

This role requires the ability to work to deadlines, proactively problem solve, and travel for interstate events.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of risk management legislation and event management processes.
