About the Role:
- Foster a deep understanding of experiential learning principles among staff and students.
- Develop and lead the implementation of an experiential learning strategy that drives student engagement and academic achievement.
- Evaluate and refine existing programs to ensure they meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate experiential learning into curriculum design and delivery.
- Provide operational oversight to ensure effective program management, including scheduling, documentation, risk assessments, and budgeting.
- Lead a team of educators in developing and delivering high-quality experiential learning experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects related to education or experiential learning.
- Strong knowledge of educational theories and practices, particularly in experiential learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
- A commitment to promoting child safety, student empowerment, and cultural sensitivity.
