Court Support Specialist

Court Services Victoria plays a pivotal role in providing administrative support to various courts and tribunals across Victoria. As part of this team, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of our case management systems.
Main Responsibilities- Log and maintain support requests, ensuring all incidents are handled according to set standards and procedures.
- Provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders on the effective use of our case management system.
- Investigate and resolve issues, implement system modifications, update documentation, and define enhancements.
- Demonstrated ability to provide advice and guidance to diverse users, including administrative staff, management, and judicial officers.
- Demonstrated knowledge of case management systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of business procedures and practices of Courts and Tribunals is highly desirable.
