The County Court of Victoria is seeking an experienced Records Management Specialist to oversee the effective management of records within the Court. Reporting to the Executive Director, Court Operations, this role is responsible for providing specialist advice and support to staff and coordinating records management activities across the Court. You will identify and facilitate improvements to ensure the effective and efficient management of records throughout their lifecycle in accordance with PROV standards. This includes undertaking research as required to facilitate continuous improvement of the Court's records management activities.
Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of PROV standards and processes is essential to ensure your success in this role. You will enjoy building and maintaining strong professional relationships which enable you to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals who can think on their feet and enjoy the challenges of working in a busy environment.
