Project Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager II to lead our projects from start to finish. This key role involves building relationships with customers, manufacturers, and sales teams while accurately utilizing, maintaining, and tracking project data.

You will be responsible for communicating regularly with our inside/outside sales team to stay up-to-date on project requirements and performing tasks such as material take-offs, submittal creation, and order entry. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to negotiate job buy-outs and maintain knowledge of our represented products.

This position requires someone with 2+ years of lighting project management experience, excellent math skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Blue Beam, Outlook) and Excel. A customer-first attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to teach others are also essential.

Your day will consist of:

  • Building relationships with customers and sales teams
  • Problem-solving and data management
  • Communicating with internal teams
  • Performing material take-offs, submittal creation, and order entry
  • Negotiating job buy-outs and product knowledge maintenance
