Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our project delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing internal teams and external vendors through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Applying structured project management processes, including gate reviews, scope management (CMR), and performance monitoring tools.
  • Identifying and reporting project risks, implementing approved mitigation strategies as required.
  • Supporting the development of cost estimates for new opportunities by contributing to cost models, documentation, and stakeholder consultation.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in engineering or extensive site-based supervisory experience delivering complex projects.
  • Over 10 years' experience in heavy industry, specialising in rotating plant and high-value project delivery.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial skills with a solid grasp of contract terms.
  • Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $2M, including cost control, reporting, and scope management.
