The Merchandise Planner plays a key role in delivering business success by monitoring product lifecycles, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring commercial targets are achieved.

Job Description

This is a mid-senior level position that requires 3–5 years of experience in merchandise planning or a similar role. You will work closely with the Planning Manager, Creative Director, and Product Team to monitor product lifecycles, identify sales opportunities, and ensure commercial targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and refine core line forecasts to optimize stock levels and meet sales targets.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and seasonal forecasts with variance analysis against actuals.
  • Align forecasts with promotional plans, seasonal trends, and business growth objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in stakeholder engagement.
  • High attention to detail and quick learner.
