As a key member of our leadership team, the Academic Integrity Team Leader plays a pivotal role in upholding and promoting a culture of academic honesty and ethical behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a collaborative, high-performing national team of officers responsible for academic integrity and conduct.
  • Oversee and enhance policies, processes, and preventative strategies to maintain academic integrity.
  • Conduct investigations into academic misconduct, including plagiarism, contract cheating, and collusion.
  • Educate and support students, train faculty, and ensure clarity and consistency in policy communication.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop evidence-based solutions to misconduct trends.
  • Maintain accurate records, produce insightful reports, and recommend process improvements.
  • Advocate for technologies to reduce instances of misconduct.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with leadership experience in higher education. You will be passionate about academic integrity, skilled in managing sensitive cases, and confident in influencing diverse stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor-level qualification
  • 1–2 years' experience in academic administration within the education industry
  • Prior people management experience (managing a small team)
  • Prior management experience and knowledge of academic integrity practices
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proven ability to meet deadlines

Desirable: Experience in education delivery, formal professional development in ethics or academic integrity, and ability to influence senior academics and management.
