We're looking for an exceptional leader to champion our Green Leaves Commitments and embed a culture of connection, kindness, and excellence in our centre. As a Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for running a smooth and efficient operation while prioritizing the needs of children and families.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead a team of passionate educators to achieve best practices and deliver high-quality education
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry regulations, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Work closely with your Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and develop top talent
  • Oversee classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation to ensure quality education
  • Build meaningful connections with local families and networks to create a strong community
  • Ensure a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development

About You



  • Hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Working with Children's Check, Police Check + PRODA
  • Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates
  • Proven experience running a centre, including effective rostering and wage control, and guiding a large team's performance
  • Strong team leadership abilities with experience leading, inspiring, and developing a team of professional educators
  • Proficient computer skills, including Qikkids, CCMS, and ISS
