Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per annum

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Education and Quality Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping quality early childhood education and care practices across our centres. This role involves driving excellence in teaching and learning, ensuring national standards are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyse practice data to inform quality improvement plans and present recommendations to State Managers;
  • Lead a team of Practice Partners to deliver high-quality and consistent practice across centres through effective coaching and modelling;
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and coordination of state practice improvement teams to support centres in lifting practice through the use of quality rating scales and nationally accredited early learning frameworks;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and ensure compliance with relevant legislation;
  • Take an active role in State and National Leadership Teams to drive organisational goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-year Early Childhood qualification from a recognised university;
  • Proven track record of teaching and learning practice uplift delivery;
  • Experience working at a State or national level in practice uplift;
  • Extensive practice-based early childhood education experience (aged birth to 8 years);
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, other State-based approved/recognised learning guidelines, and the National Quality Standard.
