We help individuals regain independence, improve quality of life and reintegrate into their communities and workplaces. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting people with injuries, illnesses or disabilities.

Your Role

As Rehabilitation Consultant, your clinical expertise will be utilised to develop personalized rehabilitation plans that cater to individual needs. You will conduct assessments including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Ergonomic and Activities of Daily Living evaluations.

Using your problem-solving skills and injury management knowledge, you will facilitate return to work pathways aligned with recovery milestones. Your role also involves collaborating with clients, families, insurance companies, employers and healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological and social factors.

You will present case information and provide credible recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
  • Essential Requirements:
  • Full AHPRA Registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current driver's license and access to own transport
  • Full Australian working rights
