Job Title: Renal Portfolio Specialist

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of medical strategies, focusing on our Renal portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping how we bring impactful therapies to healthcare providers and patients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals, thought leaders, and other external stakeholders to ensure the dissemination of accurate, up-to-date scientific information.
- Act as a trusted scientific resource, supporting the Renal portfolio and contributing to healthcare professionals' understanding of our therapies.
- Provide valuable insights to internal teams regarding evolving medical trends, unmet patient needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Sales, and Marketing.
- Deliver impactful medical education and training on the Renal portfolio to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders, as needed.
- Support investigator-initiated trials (IITs) and other research initiatives aligned with the organisational strategy.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field.
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g., Pharm D, Ph D, MD).
- Previous experience as an MSL or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly regarded.
- Expertise in nephrology, renal care, or related therapeutic areas is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven analytical skills and an understanding of clinical data and research methodologies.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across a national territory.
