Haematology Specialist Care Coordinator

The Hemoglobin and Cellular Therapies clinical nurse consultant provides expert patient care to individuals with complex conditions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories, current health status, and treatment options.
  • Care Coordination: Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Practice Development: Contribute to the ongoing advancement of clinical practices in haematology.
  • Research Integration: Utilize research findings to inform and improve patient care services.
  • Educational Programs: Participate in the development and delivery of specialty-related education initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Nursing registration with the relevant regulatory body.
  • A minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience, including at least 3 years in a haematology setting.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications or other deemed suitable.
