**Job Title:** Medical Research Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Research Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our research group, you will play a vital role in supporting our scientists and clinicians in their efforts to tackle real-world health challenges.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct clinical research projects according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and policies and procedures of the institute.
  • Develop clinical research project documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Recruit participants in research projects, both in hospital clinics and non-clinical settings as required.
  • Manage databases and enter data into various platforms, including building and maintaining REDCap database, and other online/desktop databases.
  • Maintain meticulous record-keeping and documentation for all clinical research project matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in biological/medical sciences, nursing, or allied health.
  • Experience in interacting with clinical research participants.
  • Experience in working with clinical research records/databases, e.g. REDCap.
