Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior legal professional to lead our National Private Client Advisory team in Newcastle. As a key member of the team, you will advise high net worth individuals and families on the legal and tax aspects of estate and succession planning.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on complex estate and succession planning matters, including lifetime trusts, deeds of variation, powers of attorney, and estate administration.
  • Develop strategies to grow the private client offering in the North East, collaborating with colleagues across the National Private Client team.
  • Manage teams and junior lawyers, providing leadership and guidance to ensure exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Technical expertise in Private Client matters, including STEP qualifications.
