Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Legal Director/Partner to lead our National Private Client Advisory team, providing expertise in estate and succession planning to high net worth individuals and families.

The ideal candidate will have technical strength in private client matters, including complex wills, lifetime trusts, deeds of variation, powers of attorney, and estate administration. They will also advise on lifetime IHT planning and taxation of trusts and estates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on estate and succession planning.
  • Lead the growth of our private client offering in the North East.
  • Provide expertise in private client matters.
  • Demonstrate strong client relationship management and business development skills.
  • Lead and manage teams/juniors with strong leadership abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical strength in private client matters.
  • STEP qualification.
  • Strong financial disciplines.
  • Collaboration with other teams and external professionals.
