Chief Marketing Officer

Our organization is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our Cardiac Surgery business in Australia and New Zealand. As part of this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, delivering on business targets, and enabling entry into new markets.
Cardiac surgery represents end-state treatment in the care continuum for many cardiovascular diseases. With approximately 1.8 million cardiac surgical procedures occurring annually worldwide, it remains extremely important in treating complex disease and is the gold standard for many therapies being developed in Cardiovascular.
The ideal candidate will have strength in product launches, marketing communications, commercialization, implementation, and execution of short-term and long-term marketing plans. They will also provide support and guidance to a team of two product managers, ensuring they execute critical initiatives to achieve Cardiac Surgery goals.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and deliver on business targets.
- Leveraging strengths to enable more patients to benefit from our technologies, solutions, and services.
- Leading entry into new markets and expanding existing ones.
- Supporting product managers in executing critical initiatives to achieve Cardiac Surgery goals.
