**Job Description:**As a key support partner, you will play a vital role in enabling the Retail Leadership Team to focus on high-level strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring seamless communication, and driving engagement activities that foster a positive team culture.
**Responsibilities:**
  • Provide high-level diary management, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events with senior managers.
  • Organize and attend relevant forums, creating agendas, maintaining action registers, and addressing outstanding issues with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and teams, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Support the planning and execution of monthly awards and recognition programs.
  • Manage system access, hardware requests, and E-Forms to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist with IT, process, policy, facilities, new starter onboarding, and other ad-hoc items as required.

**Requirements:**
  • Proven experience in administration, PA, EA, or support roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, work agilely, and possess excellent organizational skills.
  • A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Stakeholder relationship skills and professionalism at senior levels, internally and externally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Initiative and ability to work autonomously, making decisions as required.
