About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst to join our team at Keegan Adams. As a Credit Analyst, you will play a vital role in helping to manage lending decisions and supporting the Head of Credit in reviewing credit policies and assessment procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assess loan applications in accordance with responsible lending and credit policies and procedures
  • Support the Head of Credit in reviewing credit policies and assessment procedures
  • Support customer-facing and operations staff on tasks
  • Contribute to reports to the executive management team
  • Support the implementation of wider Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience with credit lending and conducting credit analysis
  • Previously held a Delegated Lending Authority in secured credit
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with engaging communication style
  • Effective, high EQ communicator
  • Good head for numbers, solution-focused, engaging, and consultative
