About the Role

The Delicatessen Manager is a key leadership position responsible for the day-to-day operations of the deli department within a Coles store. As a leader, you will have the opportunity to contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers and a positive work environment for team members.

  • Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets, maintain cost control, and ensure efficient rostering.
  • Maintain high department standards, including stock monitoring, rotation routines, waste management, and quality control.
