Retail Operations Manager

As a Retail Operations Manager in our deli department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring exceptional presentation, customer engagement, and team member satisfaction.
This is a key leadership role that requires direct/indirect experience, with full accountability for meeting sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements. You will lead by example, coach, and develop your team to achieve business objectives.
About You and Your Skills- You have previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You possess direct/indirect leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency.
- You are skilled at maintaining high-quality standards, including stock management, rotation routines, waste reduction, and quality control.
- You are committed to simplifying processes, adhering to strict audit, food safety, and compliance standards.
- You are passionate about fostering a one-team culture that celebrates success, prioritizes team members' health, safety, and well-being, and delights customers with an outstanding shopping experience.
