Job Description

About Our Project:

We are seeking a Building Auditor to travel across Tasmania, collecting information on the condition of various buildings using tablets and other equipment.

As a Building Auditor, you will be responsible for identifying and recording data on the type, location, and condition of relevant mechanical/electrical building systems, fixtures, and building fabrics. You will also provide thorough and accurate data capture, ensuring that data is uploaded as directed to minimize risk of data loss.

You will craft highly precise and detailed reports for assessments when required and actively engage with the team to maintain accuracy and verify data capture quality. Taking room measurements and sketching basic floor plans is also an essential part of this role.
