Transformative Façade Development Leader

Shape the future of communities through iconic façade projects. As a Senior Façades Project Manager, you'll oversee large-scale commercial and public builds nationwide.
Your Responsibilities- Lead full project lifecycle from planning and procurement to delivery and installation.
- Oversight of materials, labour, subcontractors, and resources to achieve program milestones.
- Build strong partnerships with Tier 1 builders, architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and safety through on-site leadership and inspections.
- Provide accurate project reporting, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Drive excellence and innovation while representing the company as an industry leader.
- 5-10+ years' experience in project management, preferably in façade, glazing, or cladding systems.
- Qualifications in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
- Proven success leading complex, large-scale projects to time, cost, and quality targets.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project (or similar tools).
- Current Construction White Card and valid Driver's Licence.
