Principal Façade Engineer

Bligh Tanner has an opportunity for a Principal Façade Engineer with 10-12 years of experience to join the Structural Team at Bligh Tanner.
This is a full-time, permanent position.

You will be given the opportunity to run projects and liaise directly with clients.
At Bligh Tanner you will get hands-on support from the directors and your peers including senior engineers.

This role would suit a person passionate about structural engineering and design.+ The Role We are looking for someone with initiative, who has a keen interest in innovative engineering, competent in key areas of practice and the capacity to manage projects with a focus on client satisfaction and quality project outcomes.
You will be expected to maintain and grow relationships with clients, architects, local governments, and collaborators.
You will take responsibility for the commercial factors for façade projects focusing on project outcomes.
You will provide mentoring to those in your team and assist in their growth.
