About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Façade Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about structural engineering and design.

Job Description:

This role will involve the design and delivery of a wide range of projects, including façade engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and institutional projects. You will be responsible for managing projects, liaising with clients, and maintaining relationships with architects, local governments, and collaborators.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver façade engineering projects
  • Manage projects from concept to completion
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain relationships with architects, local governments, and collaborators
  • Develop and implement project plans
  • Monitor and control project budgets and timelines

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 years experience in façade engineering
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Engineering)
  • Expertise in relevant analysis software programs (Strand 7, Spacegass)
  • Strong experience in façade engineering design, particularly in architectural buildings, infrastructure, and institutional projects
  • Strong proposal writing skills and ability to win work
  • Ability to develop new documents (Scheme Design Reports, F3 P1 PBDB, Remedial Specifications)
