Job Role Overview

The Registry and NPII Section provides frontline services relating to the Official Receiver.

This section is responsible for receiving and assessing voluntary applications for bankruptcy, statements of affairs, and recording relevant events on the National Personal Insolvency Index (NPII).

As Advisors, you will support Senior Service Officers in managing, processing, and assessing personal insolvency interactions applicable to the Official Receiver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage competing priorities and work with limited supervision.
  • Respond to client needs professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Use sound judgment and problem-solving skills to manage complex personal insolvency matters.
  • Engage empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds to address a wide range of issues.
  • Apply technical knowledge to support staff training and coaching.
  • Provide technical guidance to Senior Services Officers through various communication channels.

This includes supporting the assessment, processing, and registration of submitted petitions and forms. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and up-to-date maintenance of data across relevant databases.
