Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Advisors, Registry professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing technical and administrative support to our stakeholders.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing competing priorities, working under limited supervision, and responding to client needs in a professional manner while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

You will also use sound judgment and problem-solving skills to manage escalated, sensitive, and complex personal insolvency matters, ensuring accurate and timely information to clients and stakeholders.

Furthermore, you will engage empathetically and purposefully with clients from diverse backgrounds, capabilities, and levels of vulnerability to address a wide range of complex issues.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical knowledge and experience to support the design and implementation of staff training and coaching programs.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide assistance and support to Senior Services Officers by offering technical and legislative guidance through various channels, including verbal communication and written materials.

You will assess and process complex and escalated matters, including the acceptance, refusal, and rejection of filings, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Personal insolvency knowledge and experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Accounting, or relevant discipline from an Australian tertiary institution
  • The ability to interpret legislation and apply it effectively
  • Experience within the Insolvency or Finance Industries
