Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Performance Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing actionable insights and analytics to drive business growth and performance improvements.
  • Designing and implementing predictive models to assess portfolio performance and anticipate emerging customer behaviours.
  • Developing and managing core product performance and operational dashboards to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to drive continuous improvement and enhance business outcomes.
  • Preparing data visualizations and reports for senior leadership and the Board.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in performance analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Advanced skills in SQL and MS Excel, with experience in data warehousing and visualization tools.
  • A proven track record of driving business growth and performance improvements through data analysis and insights.
