Corporate and Commercial Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Corporate and Commercial lawyer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with 5+ years PQE in corporate advisory or mergers and acquisitions within private practice.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our Corporate team on M&A, private equity investments, and cross-border transactions. They will have the opportunity to learn from experts and build a long-term career.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years PQE in corporate advisory or mergers and acquisitions within private practice
  • A client-focused approach with a keen interest in achieving great outcomes for clients
  • Exceptional drafting skills and an eye for detail
  • Ability to think independently and learn new concepts quickly
  • Participation in activities that build teamwork and relationships
