This is an ongoing role, grade 7/8, based in Martin Place, Sydney CBD.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Analyst to drive data collection, validation, and analysis to deliver insights and reports that inform public sector workforce programs, initiatives, and policies.

You can uncover meaningful patterns from data, transforming numbers into impactful reports that drive workforce strategies and policies.

You are innovative in your approach to solving challenges, finding smarter ways to analyse, interpret, and present workforce data.

You are adaptable in working with diverse stakeholders, navigating complex data issues, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

You have a keen eye for detail and the technical expertise to validate, analyse, and communicate data with precision and impact.

You understand the power of data in shaping decisions, and you thrive on delivering actionable insights to influence meaningful change.

Key Skills Include:

  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries
  • Developing PowerBI dashboards
  • Experience working with workforce data and metrics
