We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Payroll Capability Specialist to join our Corporate Applications Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the technical configuration and maintenance of our SAP HR Payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and maintain the SAP HR Payroll system to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Provide technical support to the HR team in the use of the payroll system.
- Collaborate with the broader technology teams to ensure proper integration of the payroll system with other systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Keep current with new developments in the field and recommend improvements to the system.
- Document all configuration changes.
- Run knowledge transfer sessions with the immediate team and other relevant stakeholders.
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP HR Payroll system configuration and maintenance.
- Proven experience managing and resolving production tickets and incidents in a technical support role.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of SAP HR Payroll system, including organisational management, payroll schema, time evaluation schemas, and configuration of HR-related infotypes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with SAP Payroll ECC6 Public Sector solution.
- Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP S/4 Hana is desirable.
