About the Role

Are you a Payroll Specialist looking for an opportunity to advance your career in a Not-for-profit industry?

Key Responsibilities:

- Process end-to-end fortnightly payroll for 11000 employees within a team / 1000 employees individually.
- Process payroll autonomously with the iChris payroll software.
- Calculation and payment of termination payments.
- Respond to worker queries as required to ensure that matters or issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner.
- Undertake required processes in iChris and Salvos Workday to ensure accurate and effective data management

About you
- Demonstrated 2+ years’ experience in a similar payroll processing role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll legislation and award interpretation.
- A strong analytical background and proficient Excel skills.
- Demonstrable experience in superior customer service.
- Exposure to multiple EAs and award and high-volume (+11,000 employees) payroll processing.
