Culinary Expert

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team. As a key member of our culinary department, you will play a vital role in creating nutritious and delicious meals for our young learners.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you will be encouraged to grow and develop your skills. As a Culinary Expert, you will be responsible for planning and preparing a wide variety of nutritious meals and purees, as well as ensuring effective stock rotation and budgeting for the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old
  • Prepare and cook meals, taking into account dietary requirements for babies and children
  • Manage the kitchen efficiently, ensuring effective stock rotation and budgeting
  • Maintain the highest level of food safety and supervision
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members
